ABOUT ME/SOBRE MÍ
Spanish:
Empecé mi carrera en el campo de medicina para las Fuerzas Aéreas de los Estados Unidos. Debido a mi amor por la fotografía, dejé el campo médico y completé una Licenciatura en Bellas Artes en Fotografía Digital en la Universidad de Arizona State. Mis viajes por todo el mundo y la exploración de diferentes culturas me han dado una perspectiva única al mirar a través del objetivo.

I started my career in the medical field for the United States Air Force and was an officer as a Physician Assistant prior to retiring. Due to my love for photography, I left the medical field and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Photography at Arizona State University. My travels throughout the world and exploring different cultures have given me a unique perspective when looking through the lens.

Mi objetivo es grabar la esencia de mis sujetos, abrazando tanto su belleza interior como exterior. Aunque establezco los cimientos para cada proyecto, creo en permitir que el proceso creativo se desenvuelva de manera natural, guiado por la energía del modelo. Mi intención es crear imágenes que revelen el verdadero carácter de mis sujetos, donde la interacción entre la planificación y la espontaneidad, la luz natural y artificial, contribuyen a la narrativa final.
English:
My aim is to capture the essence of my subjects, embracing both their inner and outer beauty. While I do lay a foundation for each project, I believe in allowing the creative process to unfold naturally, guided by the model's energy. My intention is to create images that reveal the true character of my subjects, where the interplay between planning and spontaneity, natural and artificial light, all contribute to the final narrative.
